- Second half of life individuals. People who have come to the practice later in life, who have been busy with work and family and community, and never quite found the time to investigate their inner world.
- Individuals moving through transitions. It’s difficult to see in the midst of change, especially when it’s unexpected or difficult, how the experience can be something that allows for both loss, and gains.
- Individuals who want to practice meditation in an accessible and practical way, and have a need to experience the tangible benefits.
- Any individual who is willing to give mindfulness meditation a try. It isn’t for only those who are of a calm and upbeat disposition. It has real life application regardless of your disposition, or what’s going on in your life.
- Individuals who are tired of trying to figure things out on their own, are ready for deeper connections to their fellow humans. It’s easy to compare ourselves to others, and I want to help us all, focus on the similarities and not our differences.
