What you can expect from our 1:1 sessions: I'll meet you where you are at in your meditation practice. If you're new to mindfulness meditation, I'll guide you through the basics and provide you with the tools to jumpstart your practice. Or if you have a practice and are looking to deepen it, I can help with that too.
